Data deletion instructions

Fastest route. If you are a merchant, uninstalling AdSignal from your store deletes all of your data automatically. No email required.

1. Merchants — uninstall the app

In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels, find AdSignal and choose Uninstall.

Shopify then sends us a shop/redact request and we delete everything we hold for that store:

All conversion events, including hashed email addresses and phone numbers
Product feeds, catalogue mappings and pixel configuration
Access tokens for your store and for any advertising platform you connected
The long-term cold archive, if your store had opted into one
Your app user accounts and activity logs

2. Disconnecting a Facebook account only

To revoke AdSignal's access to your Facebook Business Manager without uninstalling the whole app, either:

Open AdSignal → Pixels (Conversions API) and remove the Facebook connection there; or
Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, select AdSignal and choose Remove.

Either action deletes the stored access token. Conversion events already sent to Meta are held by Meta under their own policy — request their deletion through Facebook.

3. Store customers (shoppers)

We hold your data as a processor on behalf of the store you bought from. Please send your deletion request to that store — they are the data controller and can submit it through Shopify, which we then action automatically.

In practice most of this data is short-lived regardless: raw conversion events are deleted automatically after 7–28 days.

4. Request deletion by email

If none of the routes above fit your situation, email privacy@allsignalme.com with:

Your store domain (for example your-store.myshopify.com), and
What you want deleted.

We confirm within 30 days. We may need to verify that you are authorised to make the request before acting on it.

5. What we cannot delete

Data you already sent to an advertising platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) is held by that platform under its own retention policy. Deleting it there is a separate request made to that platform directly.
